One viewer left a comment that we should post a deck building game such as Star Realms or Keyforge. I don’t really think of Keyforge as a deck builder but we were totally up for the challenge! Thanks for your suggestion, Mark! It will also give us impetus to read those Star Realms rules!
First of all – sorry for the glare… we used a plexi-glass cover for the paper mats.. and the lighting was a bit too bright.
If you go into Keyforge expecting Magic: The Gathering you might be disappointed. It is a completely different animal. I find there is often wild swings from turn to turn. But it is still a fun romp even if some decks seem disparate.
We weren’t sure of the definition of a “Flank” so we may have got this wrong during the early stages of the game. I then had a quick look on BGG (boardgamegeek) and it seemed you have active flanks on all cards if you only have one or two in play on your side.
