–CORN AGAR CAKE–
500ml milk (no sugar)
200ml whipping cream
25gr agar powder
Some pandan leaves
-Blend corn and milk to smooth. Bring to boil with pandan leaves. After boiled, bring to sieve to have corn milk.
-Add water+whipping cream+sugar+corn milk in pot, mix well with agar powder little by little. Bring to boil, sometime you should mix to prevent of burning.
-Take the pot out the fire. Sieve well before pooring in pan (I used round pan 20cm). Chill in fridge to set.
–TO MAKE FLOWER AGAR–
-Mix well 1200ml water+150gr sugar+25gr agar in pot. Bring to boil , , sometime you should mix to prevent of burning.
-When the agar water is cooked, you mix with vegetable juice. I used pandan juice for green color, carrot for orange color, beetroot juice for red/pink color.
-Pour color agar water in flower silicone pan to make flower agar as you like. Chill in fridge to set your flower.
–COMPLETE THE CAKE–
-Set agar flowers in corn cake with skewers. Use agar water to adhesive flowrer and cake.
-Chill until to serve.
